Pokeblocks are essential to winning the Pokemon contests. They are made by mixing berries in a special mixer which is in all Pokemon contest halls. You can mix with friends or other trainers. Anyways, if you have ever played the Pokemon Gold and Silver version, then you will remember the berries. The nuts are basically the same except you can make Pokeblocks with the Nuts and the berries are just berries.
