This year is going to have 2 promising releases for Zelda.
The first is a new game for GCN. The game will be named The Legend of
Zelda: The Twilight Princess. It will make its debut in stores on
October 2nd, 2005. Save up your money-and I suggest you reserve a copy if
you want it soon after the game comes out, because they are probably going to go
fast. Apparently, when you start Twilight Princess, you end up running
into a portal into a black-and-white area, much like Hyrule was before you get
the Master Sword in Wind Waker. Coincidentally, that is Hyrule! Link
turns into a wolf somehow and is saved from a jail by an Imp-thing, named Midna.
He goes in and out of Hyrule, and goes into dungeons and fights bosses. A
cool new weapon added to the game is the Gale Boomerang. Not only can it
be charged up to send a wave of wind out and let loose leaves and plants,
revealing secret areas, but when targeted, it goes in a zigzag formation,
hitting almost everything. This game is very promising-don't miss it!!
Also in the works is a Zelda Game for DS. Not much is known about the game. In fact, almost nothing is
known. We only know that it will be an amazing experience.
